Tequila in its highest form. Crafted at NOM1123 from nothing but 100% blue weber agave, cooked slowly and distilled with precision. A clean, sophisticated profile that highlights the true character of the plant. Exceptionally smooth. 

Rested for 1 month to allow the flavour profile to stabilise. Made using only brick ovens. Balanced and silky with an oily mouth feel. 

Ideal for sipping neat, mixing with sodas or elevating any cocktail.
