Ingredients

  • 50ml Tico Rosa
  • 50ml grapefruit juice
  • 50ml pomegranate juice
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 10ml agave syrup
  • 3 mint leaves
  • Ginger beer

Method

  • Fill shaker with ice and add Tico Rosa, lime juice, grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, and mint leaves.
  • Shake and pour over ice into a highball glass.
  • Top with ginger beer.
  • Garnish with a flower or mint sprig.
