





POMEGRANATE GINGER PALOMA
A spicy, tropical take on a classic paloma
Ingredients
- 50ml Tico Rosa
- 50ml grapefruit juice
- 50ml pomegranate juice
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml agave syrup
- 3 mint leaves
- Ginger beer
Method
- Fill shaker with ice and add Tico Rosa, lime juice, grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, and mint leaves.
- Shake and pour over ice into a highball glass.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a flower or mint sprig.
