Pear & Honey Margarita

Ingredients

  • (60ml) Tico Reposado
  • (20ml) Lime Juice
  • (60ml) Pear Juice
  • (2) Teaspoons Honey, to taste
  • (30ml) Grand Marnier / Cointreau
  • (1) Sprig of Rosemary

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker (ensure honey is dissolved – can help to mix with a splash of water) and shake with ice
  • Prepare lowball glass with sugar/cinnamon rim (3:1 brown sugar/cinnamon)
  • Strain into glass over ice
  • Garnish with Rosemary
