ESPRESSO MARTINI
The classic pick-me-up
Ingredients
- 50ml Tico Reposado
- 40ml Espresso
- 25ml Kahlua
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
- Fill shaker with ice and add all ingredients.
- Shake vigorously to create as much foam as possible.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
