A very fancy paloma, for when a normal cocktail just won't cut it

Ingredients

  • 40ml Tico Rosa
  • 20ml Ojo de Dios Hibiscus Mezcal
  • 30ml fresh grapefruit juice
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • Champagne

Method

  • Fill shaker with ice and add Tico Rosa, Ojo de Dios Hibiscus Mezcal, grapefruit juice, and lime juice.
  • Shake and pour over ice in a highball glass.
  • Top with Champagne.
