




CHAMPAGNE PALOMA
A very fancy paloma, for when a normal cocktail just won't cut it
Ingredients
- 40ml Tico Rosa
- 20ml Ojo de Dios Hibiscus Mezcal
- 30ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- Champagne
Method
- Fill shaker with ice and add Tico Rosa, Ojo de Dios Hibiscus Mezcal, grapefruit juice, and lime juice.
- Shake and pour over ice in a highball glass.
- Top with Champagne.
